Many of the characters from my dreams are females luring you in, or warning you, depending on something I've never been able to figure out. The "Bone Cathedral" behind her is laden with flower carpeting and a mysterious train in a vast underground lair. The red door appears almost as an after thought...
The painting above "Warning," I did in 2005. The one here, I just discovered a few years or so ago. I am convinced they are the same vision, they are too similar for coincidence:
- same kind of red garb
- snow scene in a forest
- white birch trees
- girl with black hair
- black turtleneck
- both figures are looking at you, point of view style
Artists share unconscious public visions. I think it is some of the only real evidence of psychic phenomena we have in the world.
