Players can roll to make up their own character, or they can pick a prefab character of 15.
Health points: score rolled with 4d6 pick best 3 and add them up
Weight: Male: 110lbs + Percentile roll. Female: 90lbs + percentile roll.
Height: Male: 5'2" + 3d6 "
Age: 10 + 3d6.
Note: Any roll on Height, Weight and Age gets an additional roll per maximum roll, reached. i.e. a roll of 6 means you roll another 1d6 and add it.
Roll 1d10. This is your score for that respective ability.

Dex. (Dexerity i.e. to carry things successfully and avoid spills and falls. All Dexterity scores above 7 gain the ability to pick pocket and throw daggers. See Theivery for more details.
Speed = how many squares one can move at a time
PC (Politcal Correctness points. A total loss of these points results in a 0 Charm score and a negative score results in indefinite detention by the police.)
SP = plus modifier to roll against ones Smarts for trying to bag or have sex with another NPC or Player. = Roll 1d20 +SP against Smarts modifier = who wins, whether or not the other player has sex with that player.
So, as an example of how these abilities work, say someone is trying to rape you. This would be her or his strength vs. another's sexual process score. Combat or saving throws consist of a 1d20 roll + ones respective ability score. Which ever is greater, wins.

Each player can choose a class:
