The right of a Montgomery County (Md.) middle school student not to stand up and recite the pledge of allegiance is being defended by the ACLU, who is fighting to compel an apology from the teacher who punished the student for not complying. The student was sent to the principal’s office and the student’s parents later 'counseled ' by the school administration to have the student apologize.

Our country is in such great part founded on the right of dissent, even if that means being against the US itself in belief or opinion.

This is a personalized bit of advice for men (lesbians or bisexuals) who want a quick, at a glance run down of basic principles of female sexual interaction that is both brief but in-depth to some extent. Plus, this is what has worked for me, and worked WELL, consistently for many years.

This is purely from everything that I know about psychology and from first hand experience.

An iron will and absolute dedication.

Vision and totality.

The end of hobbies.

The end of the garage and the car.

The end of the work life, the sex life, the wife, and all those fumbling, half committed steps. The end of the casual. You will never stumble into the door of your own eyes again.

This is the beginning of your life.

Deep breaths, don't muddle through your lungs and paw at the juice out there, take it.

The so-called 'longstanding' position in web design/development today is that development, that is coding, CSS coders, PHP coders etc., as well as actual web designers will always be a necessity on a human scale.

What this current 'web snobbery' ignores, is the pattern in the history of technology, toward progressively increasing patterns of automation.

But you don't have to look at a history book to see it happening right in front of you.

When a famous actor dies early of a terrible disease, people generally talk about how many golden globes they would have won, the roles that made their stardom, how they battled the illness and there’s a general air of gossip and shallowness.

What they don’t talk about is what the figure represented to people philosophically, yet this is what their fans are rallying behind implicitly.

Patrick Swayze represented the ‘can do’ America I once knew and revered. In fact, it’s one of the last things and, now one of the only remaining things there is to revere about America.

I had a long-winded 'discussion' of sorts at a party last night. As usual, the opposing side, opposite of my own, was liberal, which was revealed quite rapidly into the 4 hour diatribe.

It's good to have these discussions, despite their outcomes which as of now, bare little disimilarity to each other.

There are two strands of modern American feminism, all other categories seem to be variations of the following two:

1. Conservative Feminism--in which the national mainstream culture's vision of sex is rejected and made conservative, hence any visual public disclosure of the female body, especially for money, is wrong, and in all cases, an example of male or otherwise, exploitation of women.

2. Liberal Feminism--where the national vision of sex for women is embraced (i.e. free love) and taken in to be a natural function and expression of femininity, even for money, in which the female is viewed as being in control of her life and sexuality, all examples of female public disclosure of her body is viewed as natural and as if she is in control.

Both these visions of the modern female are incorrect and have led to devastating results for American girls and women alike.
